Mental Health Support Resources
We're often asked to provide advice to people on supporting positive mental health. This can be based on their experiences of spirit, hauntings and potential signs from the Higher Side of Life, or in dealing with grief and seeking mental health support. The pandemic has also created additional pressures on people. It's important to recgnise that we all have mental health. So, we created this section on the website as a signposting to some great resources. These are provided by third parties. Remember that you can draw upon our Facebook Online Community for advice and guidance from our members on matters if spiritual wellbeing. Always seek medical advice from a qualified health care professional.
