What is a Synchronicity?
You may often hear people say that there’s no such thing as a coincidence. I believe this to be true. Rather than think about occurrences in this way, I think on them as synchronicities. First introduced by analytical psychologist Carl Jung, he said that events are "meaningful coincidences" if they occur with no causal relationship yet seem to be meaningfully related.
Spirit often communicate and bring seemingly random events and occurrences together. Sometimes, we may think about someone and they then call us or send a message, or you bump into them in the shop. Or you’re trying to decide whether to say yes or no to a new job opportunity and while driving on the motorway, someone suddenly cuts in front of you and you notice the bumper sticker: Go For It!
There are intrinsic connections to my earlier posts on spiritual convergences, the domino effect and signs from spirit. Have a read of those and consider the overall message. If we slow down our mind and look around us, we can find many synchronised occurrences. Remember The Tapestry? You’re starting to see the threads on the reverse!
